Cllr Heather Westhead was appointed to the Authority on in June 2025 by Liverpool City Council, were she represents Brownlow Hill Ward.

Cllr Westhead is a Member of the Labour Group on the Authority; and currently serves on the Policy and Resources Committee and Scrutiny Committee.
