Policy and Resources Committee consists of 9 Members and meets three times a year.

This Committee was established to consider all matters relating to the management of the Authority’s assets including buildings, land, IT and other assets. It also had delegated authority to oversee the Authority’s procurement strategy and consider all matters related to the delivery of the North West PFI project; and scrutinise and exercise financial control over expenditure.

The Chair of this Committee is Councillor James Roberts (Liverpool – Labour)
