• Councillor Kieran Murphy - Personal - Councillor Kieran Murphy declared an interest in relation to Item 4 on the agenda by virtue of a s.106 Local Governmemt Fonana Act 1992 restriction, in which the Monitoring Officer had been advised prior, it was agreed by the Chair he would be excused for Item 4 and did not vote on this matter.
