There were no declarations of interest made by any individual Members in relation to any items of business on the agenda.

Appointment of Chief Fire Officer

To consider the appointment of the Authority of the Chief Fire Officer.

Minutes:

Members interviewed the only applicant for the post of Chief Fire Officer, Mr. Phil Garrigan. Members unanimously agreed that Mr Phil Garrigan had met the requirements for the post of Chief Fire Officer.

 

Members Resolved that:  today, 22nd August 2018, Mr Phil Garrigan be appointed to the post of Chief Fire Officer of Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority.
