Councillor Spurrell was appointed to the Authority in June 2019 by Liverpool Council, where she represents Mossley Hill Ward.

Councillor Spurrell is a member of the Labour Group on the Authority; and is currently appointed to the Community Safety & Protection Committee; and the Audit Committee.
